  1. The Administrator of your personal data is Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A. with its registered office in Białe Błoty (86-005) at ul. Łochowska 69, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or "Administrator".

  2. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the Labor Code (Art. 22(1) §1 and §2 as amended), special provisions, the legitimate interest of the Administrator and your consent. The consent covers additional personal data that have not been indicated in the Labor Code or other legal regulations. If you do not want us to process additional data, please do not include it in your documents. The consent is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.

  3. At any time, you have the right to withdraw the expressed consents or object to the processing of data, request access to them, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer. The data is stored until the withdrawal of consent or objection. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  4. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.

  5. We do not transfer personal data to a third country/international organization.
