Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU.L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A. ul. Łochowska 69, 86-005 Białe Błota, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

3. Your personal data will be processed in IT systems within the scope of preparing offers for establishing legal relations and legal actions related thereto, including commercial and employee, their copies and archiving, and the implementation of legally justified interests of the Administrator.

4. Personal data will be processed for the duration of negotiations, negotiations, arrangements, legal relations, including the validity of agreements, and also later, i.e. until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from legal relations, including from contracts and other legal acts, in connection with the implementation of the archiving obligation.

5. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of their withdrawal.

6. You have the right to: request access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

7. We inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaints about data processing to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

8. We inform you that the recipients of your personal data will be:

   1. entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, participating in the performance of the Administrator's activities: suppliers of IT systems and IT services, entities providing the Administrator with advisory, consulting, auditing, training, organizational services, legal, tax and accounting assistance;

   2. entities providing the Administrator with services in the field of security and workplace protection, other administrators processing data on their own behalf.

   3. entities cooperating with the Administrator in IT management - in the scope of, in which they will become the data controller, these are:

      • contractors – to the extent necessary to perform contracts concluded by the Administrator;

      • entities conducting postal or courier activities;

      • entities cooperating with the Administrator in handling accounting, tax and legal matters – to the extent they will become the data controller;

      • entities providing telecommunications services;

   4. bodies authorized to receive your data under the law

   5. companies within the group PGZ.

9. We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

10. We inform you that your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
