Measurement services

Measuring Laboratory of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A  carries out precise measurements of details, contours and shapes, strength tests of materials and surface roughness measurements. We perform periodic checks of control and measurement equipment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 10012 standards. Appropriate quality documents recognized by external auditors, are issued for all our services.

 We execute:

• tests of strength and resistance to changes in ambient temperatures in climatic chambers;

• atmospheric resistance tests (raining test);

• corrosion resistance tests in salt chamber

• measurements of insulation resistance with test voltages up to 5kV and wide measuring range up to 10TΩ

• surface roughness measurements, Ra, Rz parameters

• contact-optical measurements of shape, surface and contour with: CMM ZEISS Contura G2, CMM ZEISS O-Inspect IO-322 and Conturograph Mahr MarSurf XC20

• Hardness measurements: HRC; HRA; HRB

• Checking electrical strength of insulation to 20 kV- Phenix type 650-2P (Teste WN AC 50kV)

In addition, we perform periodic checks of control and measurement equipment.
