Announcement of dividend payment for 2019

ANNOUNCEMENT OF BYDGOSKIE ZAKŁADY ELEKTROMECHANiczne "BELMA" S.A. CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR 2019

The Management Board of BZE “BELMA” S.A. hereby announces that pursuant to resolution No. 6/2020 of the Annual General Meeting of 17 July 2020 on 14.09.2020 the dividend will be paid for Shareholders of the Company for 2019

in the amount of PLN 1.52 per share.

The amount of the dividend paid will be reduced by the flat-rate income tax (at the rate of 19%).

Shareholders who are individuals do not report in their annual tax returns

income from received dividends and the amount of flat-rate tax withheld.

The dividend will be paid by bank transfer to the account or paid in person at the Company's registered office.

Shareholders who have not yet provided information about their bank account or would like to update their data should report with a current ID document to the Company's registered office (Accounting Department - ground floor)

until 28.08.2020 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 13:00.
