Announcement of dividend payment for 2020

The Management Board of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne „BELMA” S.A.

with its registered office in Białe Błota, ul. Łochowska 69, 86-005 Białe Błota

informs,

that in accordance with resolution No. 16/2021 of the Annual General Meeting of 22 July 2021,

dividend payment to the Company's Shareholders

for the 2020 financial year will take place by August 25, 2021.

The Shareholders entitled to the dividend are those who, as of 29 July 2021, were disclosed

in the Shareholder Register maintained by PKO BP BM, after prior dematerialisation of the collective share certificates in the Company.

For each Shareholder disclosed in the electronic Shareholder Register, the Brokerage House has set up a non-public market account to which the funds obtained

from the dividend will be transferred.

In view of the above, the Shareholder may:

• provide the Customer Service Point of the PKO BP Brokerage House (the nearest POK: Bydgoszcz, ul. Gdańska 23; tel. 52/326-13-85) with your individual bank account to which you wish to receive the dividend funds

or

• pay out the received dividend amount in cash at the Customer Service Point of the PKO BP Brokerage House.

The amount of the dividend paid (PLN 1.80 per share) will be reduced by a flat-rate income tax of 19%. Shareholders who are natural persons do not report income from received dividends and the amount of flat-rate tax withheld in their annual tax returns.
