Announcement of dividend payment for 2021

The Management Board of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A. with its registered office in Białe Błota, ul. Łochowska 69, 86-005 Białe Błota

informs,

that in accordance with resolution No. 4/2022 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 20 June 2022,

the dividend payment to the Company's Shareholders for the 2021 financial year will be made by 25 August 2022.

The Shareholders entitled to the dividend are those who were disclosed in the Shareholder Register maintained by PKO BP BM as of 25 June 2022, after prior dematerialization of the collective share certificates in the Company.

Dividend amount paid (PLN 6.21 per share) will be reduced by a flat-rate income tax of 19%. Shareholders who are natural persons do not report income from received dividends and the amount of flat-rate tax withheld in their annual tax returns.
