Announcement of dividend payment for 2022

The Management Board of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A. with its registered office in Białe Błota, ul. Łochowska 69, 86-005 Białe Błota hereby informs that,

that in accordance with resolution No. 4/2023 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 29 June 2023,

The dividend payment to the Company's Shareholders for the 2022 financial year will be made on August 28, 2023.

The Shareholders entitled to the dividend are those who, as of 29 June 2023, were disclosed

in the Shareholder Register maintained by PKO BP BM, after prior dematerialization of the collective share certificates in the Company.

Amount of dividend paid (PLN 5.68 per share) will be reduced by a flat-rate income tax of 19%.

Shareholders who are natural persons do not report income from received dividends and the amount of flat-rate tax withheld in their annual tax returns.
