Announcement of dividend payment for 2023

The Management Board of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne "BELMA" S.A. with its registered office in Białe Błota, ul. Łochowska 69, 86-005 Białe Błota hereby informs that

that in accordance with resolution No. 6/2024 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 23 July 2024,

the dividend payment to the Company's Shareholders for the 2023 financial year will be made on 22 October 2024.

The Shareholders entitled to the dividend are those who, as of 23 July 2024, were disclosed

in the Shareholder Register maintained by the PKO BP Brokerage House, after prior dematerialization of the collective share certificates in the Company.

Amount of dividend paid (PLN 13.83 per share)will be reduced by a flat-rate income tax of 19%.

Shareholders who are natural persons do not report income from received dividends and the amount of flat-rate tax withheld in their annual tax returns.
