PGZ S.A.'s position on the broadcast of a program concerning the protection of facilities of strategic importance

Contrary to the information contained in the material, the security services responsible for each of the companies mentioned responded to the breach of the security system. In accordance with the law, after the appearance of a drone in a no-fly zone was detected, the relevant services were notified and are currently conducting an investigation.

As a Group, we use all available means to maintain the highest possible level of security at our facilities. For reasons of effectiveness, we do not disclose details of our security procedures.

The premises of defense companies are of key importance for the security and defense of the country and are therefore subject to special physical security rules and restrictions on UAV flights. Therefore, flying in these zones without obtaining the appropriate permits is a violation of applicable law.
